Job Description:
Complete Staffing has partnered with a growing Life Sciences startup to help them identify a new Part Time Bookkeeper for their organization.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Use accounting system
- Reconciling accounts, cash, and writing checks
- Account Receivable/ Account Payable
- Create Invoice and manage vendors
- Generate reports (Financial statements and Executive summary)
- Track time and process payroll
- Analyze and review transactions
- Record Journal entries
- File tax
- Support accounting and tax audit
- Coordinate and support company activities
- Various ad-hoc projects as needed
Key Competencies:
- 2+ years experience in full cycle accounting role
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel/PowerPoint/ Word)
- Positive attitude and Communication skills
- Startup and Life Science industry experience highly desired
It is anticipated that the selected person will work between 20-25 hours per week with some flexibility in the work schedule. It is likely that the job will transition into full-time hours as the company experiences growth.
