Sr. Manager of Decision Sciences - Predictive Modeling — San Francisco

Lead the development and implementation of Fraud Models/Strategies for all Digital Products, including all ongoing and systematic data collection and aggregation

- Develop champion/challenger test practices, including post-implementation monitoring
- Leading a team of Predictive Modeling/Risk Analysts and external vendor resources to ensure that system solutions meet goals and meets business needs.- Minimum of 5 years experience and progression in a senior role in the field of Risk Analytics in the Financial services / Online Payment Industry
- Managing team within the Predictive Modeling group a Must.
- Rich experience using business intelligence, data mining, and predictive analytics tools like SAS, R, Matlab etc
